I am most interested in work around AI for science, Life Sciences data, knowledge graphs, representation learning, hypothesis generation, scientific discovery, and evaluation of AI-generated research.

The maintained list is on the Publications page. For citation exports and citation counts, Google Scholar and DBLP are usually the best external sources.

Are you still connected to VU and Discovery Lab?

My PhD work was at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and connected to Discovery Lab. The current site keeps that context, but reflects that I have now completed the PhD and moved into my Senior Data Scientist role at Elsevier.
